You must be on the Business plan (annual), Enterprise plan (monthly or annual), or Circle Plus plan.
⚠️ Please note that due to the high volume of course migrations requests, course migrations may take 5-7 business days to receive a response.

What’s included in a course migration? Our team will migrate all of your courses from your existing course platform. At the moment, we are unable to migrate quizzes or assignments; we’ll leave a placeholder for you to add this after the migration is complete.

Let’s get you set up with Circle paywalls! Circle paywalls are a powerful and flexible payments system built natively inside Circle — saving you the time, pain, and cost of integrating with other payment providers.
What’s included in a payment migration? Our team will migrate all of your payment information from your previous Stripe-powered provider to Circle. This includes memberships, subscriptions, unfinished installments, and your customers’ payment method data. At this time, we’re unable to migrate your transaction history.

Circle’s built-in email tool lets you send beautiful broadcasts, set up automations, and manage your subscribers—all in one place. With our concierge email migration, we do the heavy lifting for you.
What’s included in an email migration? Our team will migrate the essentials from your current email platform, including your subscriber lists (with tags, segments, and custom fields), email templates, and any active automations like welcome flows or lead nurture series. At the moment, we are unable to migrate past campaigns or previously sent content.

How much does the concierge migration service cost?
Nothing! There’s no charge for the concierge migration service.

Will my migration request be accepted?
We’re a small team, but we’re committed to helping all eligible customers. If you qualify for a concierge migration, we’ll reach out to discuss your needs, confirm what we can offer, and give you an estimated timeline. If you don’t qualify for a concierge migration or we can’t support your migration needs, we’ll let you know right away and make sure you have access to all the resources you need to be successful on Circle.

How long will my migration take?
The migration process varies from customer to customer, depending on your needs and your existing setup. Once we take a closer look, we’ll be able to give you an estimate.
Typically, migration timelines look like:
Courses: ~5 business days per course
Payments: ~10 business days
Email: ~2-3 weeks once the migration begins

What platforms can you migrate from?
We have experience migrating customers from many different platforms. While there are a few platforms we can’t migrate from, tell us what you’re using today in your migration request and we’ll let you know what is possible.
Course migrations: For courses, we specialize in migrating from Kajabi, Thinkific, Podia, Teachable, Mighty Networks, and Hotmart.
Payments migrations: For payments, we specialize in migrating from Stripe or Stripe-powered platforms such as Kajabi, Thinkific, Podia, Teachable, ConvertKit, SamCart, Spiffy, and Stripe.
Email migrations: For email, we specialize in migrating from other email platforms, like Kit, Kajabi, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, MailerLite, Beehiiv, and Hubspot.
